Kochi – Kerala’s choice for Smart City

The State government has nominated Kochi City Corporation as its choice from among the five municipal corporations for the 100 Smart Cities programme of the Union Ministry for Urban Development. The Kochi Corporation beat the State capital Thiruvananthapuram and Thrissur in the City Challenge round. The city selection was made through an independent and transparent process. Manjooran Housing whole heartedly congratulates and equally celebrates Kochi, our own city, on this fantastic achievement.

August 15th, the day India commemorates the nation’s independence from the British Empire in the year 1947. This day, we remember the struggles of all those eminent freedom fighters, social reformers and those people whose dreams and hopes were build up on attaining India’s freedom. We, Manjooran Housing, among many others reminisce this very day, the existence of a free India, to share the responsibilities entrusted to each Indian and to live to share the stories to millions to come. Rowan Park Villa Handover Ceremony

Manjooran Housing is proud to announce the handing over Ceremony of two of our prestigious projects, Rowan Park and Riverine Villas. The Rowan Park Villas handing over function was held during 27th June 2015. The program was presided over by the Chairman of Manjooran Housing, Joy Jo Manjooran and also the other Director’s Paul Manjooran, Jomy Manjooran, and John Manjooran. After the main Inauguration of Rowan Park, the esteemed owners of the Villas were handed over gift hampers and Owner’s manual of the villa followed by a grand dinner which was organized in the Rowan Park Project itself. The clients keenly looked over their individual villas under assistance of the marketing wing. A huge token of appreciation and gratitude from Manjooran Housing to all our clients for being with us during the completion of the project.
