Living near a railway station or next to a apartment building site may not bother you, but when you come to sell your home it may be an issue with some buyers.

Tips for sellers
1. Create a seperate wall between your property and the negative aspect of the location where possible.
2. Have the open for inspection at a time when it isn’t noisy.
3. Buyers don’t like the unknown – if there is a development block nearby find as much as you can before putting the property on the market.
