At Manjooran Housing, we truly believe that handing over the keys to a client is only half the job done. After sales homecare is given as much importance by us, as is accorded to the building of a Manjooran home. And that is why we take great pride in introducing our new division to you – Manjooran Home Care Services.
Although we may have built the best new home possible, unforeseen situations may crop up from time to time. We fully realize that how we deal with these issues and our homeowners goes a long way in establishing our reputation as a builder you can rely on. With that in mind, Manjooran Home Care Division provides a host of auxiliary services for home owners with a view towards making their lives easier and relatively stress-free.

Interior Design and Related Work

For a fee, flat owners may avail of an in-house interior designer’s services for designing their apartment. After detailed drawings and estimations, the interior work will be executed by a specialist and approved contract agencies under the direct supervision of the interior designer.

Maintenance

Our after sales services wing will be right there beside you from the time of the handing over of your home, onwards.

All repairs and maintenance that may be needed for electrical and plumbing fixtures and other finishing items will be taken care of. There will be a periodical inspection of installations like lifts, fire fighting equipment, etc. and a demonstration will be given of the same, to all residents. We will take responsibility of the upkeep of the premises and all amenities until the residents' association takes over.

Housekeeping

Every completed project will be provided with complete housekeeping services to ensure clean and hygienic surroundings. Public areas such as stairs, terrace, driveway and common toilets will be cleaned and gardens will be regularly maintained. A nominal charge will be levied for these services.

Rentals

For clients who wish to give their homes for rent, we arrange high value rentals. All coordinating activities like the writing up of agreements, collection and deposit of rent in bank accounts, etc. are handled by our Home Care representative. A nominal fee is charged for such services.

Houses for Rent

Payment of statutory charges

For our clients we will provide timely payment of following bills:
Electricity bills
Telephone bills
Association dues
Other bills (property tax, cable/internet bills, etc.)
